Great experience all round! I've bought many cars over the years and this was by far the easiest dealership to deal with.
Harley Trent have great quality, fairly priced cars so no need to spend wasted time haggling. As others have already said, great attention to detail.
The car developed a random, unforeseen issue which is being dealt with under their warranty, there was no argument, they are just dealing with it. Refreshing!

Very helpful without the pushiness so would definitely recommend. Whilst looking for a replacement vehicle saw a few that would possibly suit and on initial looking around was left to browse and was only approached when we wanted to inquire about a particular car, which I ended up purchasing as it suited me.

I cannot fault the team at Harvey Trent
Just first class service. The most stress free car purchase that I have so far experienced. The car was in super condition as indicated in their advertising. The car was delivered to me free of charge from Poole to my front door in Sidmouth free of charge. The Harvey Trent sales person took the time to tax the vehicle for me which allowed me to make an important journey on the day of delivery.

This was a really good buying process. I had been looking for a Caravelle for some time, but nothing was quite right, till I found this vehicle. Harley Trent did everything it could to help, as the vehicle was a long way from my home, including a walk around video showing everything I needed to see and had asked for. The cambelt and water pump were replaced and the add-on parts I sent were also fitted at no extra cost. They kept me fully informed on the process and even picked me up from the railway station, as I had to travel by train to get there. The vehicle was spotless and as described. A slight blemish was sorted there and then. Harley also helped me out with some technical queries in the first few days after collection. I am very happy with both the vehicle and the seller and I would recommend highly, despite the distance. Harley Trent take great care of their vehicles and customers.

Perfect Garage!
Harley & Matt were so professional - Helped me get everything sorted with all my documents, and advised me with what I needed to do to get my private plates sorted. We have just purchased our new car from Harley Trent. From start to finish, Harley and Matt were superb! As we were travelling from Cornwall, we couldn't just pop in to see the car! Harley spent ages on the phone with us going through the history and details of the car, and answering all our questions. We paid a small deposit to secure the car and they then did a full service (including changing oil and plugs) a new MOT, even though it wasn't due and a valet. We travelled up to collect the car, which was immaculate and in amazing condition. We highly recommend Harley Trent cars. They will definitely look after you and give the best service and advice!! Harley and Matt have been super helpful, I am a young female and truly no nothing about cars! Brought my first car from Harley Trent in November, and it's been amazing. Really supportive and responsive via phone and emails and when I ran in panicking over a odd noise they were so helpful and reassuring! Recently purchased a Fiat 500 from the day we viewed the car we were left to look around the car with no hard salesman in your face. We were allowed to test drive the car on our own. I cannot fault the service we received from Harley. I loved when you rang the office the phone was answered and if no one answered Harley would call you back within 5 minutes. I feel as a garage they are very trustworthy and I will be recommending to anyone who needs a car. Harley and his team are faultless and provide a 10 star service in my view. With a non-pushy attitude, a helpful demeanour and a solid character, i placed my deposit and thereafter purchased a perfect VW Golf 2.0 TDI. I could not recommend Harley and his business enough as it's definitely helped me regained confidence in the industry and shattered the stigma that comes attached that in car sales they don't get about the customer, well Harley Trent certainly does. Bravo!!!!

He supplies quality vehicles and provides a 6 month warranty with the cars. He has just been a pleasure to deal with.
